I am looking for anyone who might have also had issues with the garden enforcement officer (called Banks) so far theres been threats to evict people and take them to court (we got vague threats like that in a standard letter).Theres a report that someone had their lawn mowed while they were away and they were then billed (and forced to paover £100 pounds for it I am looking at a tribunal case or contacting the media,,this is our garden currently
