i dont think its a scam, he has been pretty transparent
i think in the scenario i laid out above strc would lose par, which would (1) destabilize anything layered above it (2) force him to increase div to try to get back to par, which would add more pressure to mstr while its already dumping and could add more pressure to btc while its dumping
