The whole reason Bitcoin initially got as far as it did is great adversarial thinking. They didn't just hope for the best or rely on good laws to protect Bitcoin. The Samourai devs were public, doxxed, and big targets so of course they went after them. I feel that is just a larger point of anonymity and privacy being important wherever it is possible including the realm of digital currency. ~80% of Whirlpoolers ran their own dojos. That's also a big reason they can't go after them. They have no clue who they are or where the Bitcoin went (at least for the moment).
