Some people think solo (lottery) mining Bitcoin is a waste of time & hardware cost.
I don’t see it that way.
I’m a #heatpunk & heat my home, my dad’s home & a local non-profit with Bitcoin because we have to pay for heat regardless during winter.
I mine to my own full node using DATUM & although my total TH/s is just a drop in the @ocean_mining - that’s the entire point.
I do my part, even if it means being altruistic, to ensure decentralization of Bitcoin with my own nodes & personal hashrate.
Zero TH/s = zero chance
Bitcoin is worth mining for many reasons & my sub-100TH/s home mining still matters in the vision of #Satoshi
