While Nostr has no CEO, you all have jokingly called me one for years. It's a funny meme and a nice gag as there is no CEO of a protocol. But I understand why you say it, and it comes from a position of love and appreciation. It means my work is visible and appreciated, and I don't take that lightly. Thank you all for your love and support over the years. 🫂💜🤙🏻
So here's what I'm thinking. I'm going on a cruise and will be mostly away from the Nostr. For the next #TwoWeeks while I'm away, I want to use that time to turn the "Two Weeks" meme into reality! It's time to SHIP! Both for ME and for YOU!
The challenge: Build something that grows Nostr.

Three categories:
🏗️ Community Building
Build something that brings Nostr users together or helps newcomers find their footing. Meetup tools, onboarding flows, community directories, event organizers, education resources. Make it easier to be a Nostrich. If it were me, I'd do something with Concord and "Private Nostr". I would think small. Tools for small communities.
💰 Sustainable Revenue
Build something on Nostr that makes money. Real revenue, not vibes and micro payments. Lightning native commerce, subscriptions, marketplaces, creator monetization tools, paid content, SaaS on Nostr. Show that the economics work. If it were me, I'd probably build something that indie musicians need. Bonus for fiat rails.
📈 User Growth
Build something that makes people want to join Nostr. Killer features, more bridge tools, AI tools that use Buzz's AI specs, or that one app that makes your friends go "wait, what app is that?" Be the purple pill. If it were me, I'd probably build on Concord and build a private stories app. People love disappearing stories and if they're private and encrypted, all the better.
