I guess I've been coping (without realising what I'm doing) by playing around with low-level resilience stuff. Realistically in any really serious or sustained crisis I'm done for, but my crazy projects (small scale solar, grey water recycling, a bit of self-hosting, growing a few veggies, etc) might just help if the world slowly becomes more erratic.
