I've had a pixel with #grapheneos for over a year, having purchased the phone and installed graphene myself using David Bombal's instructions from YouTube. If you'll be taking your regular phone, it's important to know that greyscale or cellebrite or whatever likely can break the encryption on any phone, but you should remove any biometric unlock you have on the phone opting for a pin that you can "forget" under duress but perhaps more importantly, reboot the phone and don't unlock it...if I understand it correctly, your data is less vulnerable BFU (Before First Unlock) after a reboot. More can be captured from it AFU (After First Unlock). Having a separate profile might be helpful, but keep in mind rebooting a phone returns it to the owner profile, so if your sensitive info is on the owner profile, which it likely is, that might not protect you as much as you'd like.
