It depends on your definition or your own threshold, I guess. Does being a researcher in the field of stochastic AI for 25 years, having wrote book on the subject, having a decent h-index and working in human biology qualifies me as having enough insight? I’m not sure I can do much more to satisfy the criteria of "knowlegeable", at that point.
I do understand quite well cybersec as well, but surely less than you, will that explain why I’ll be blocked?
