If you get it for free, you must give the artist credit. I always tell my artists this and refrain only if they say not to.
Since you are a screenwriter, you don't need artwork to sell your stories, so I am guessing you are using AI to help you visualize. Might I suggest you consider only using AI to the extent that it is free? If nobody will pay for for AI services, it will affect the business models and investment.
