There's something extra piquant when you take a moral injury for the team and all you get is a GOP trifecta and the elders of the party you forced yourself to vote for talking shit about you.
I say this with respect to all the weird liberals who will take a bullet for their failed political party, and yet Strongly Disagree with the question "I am an ultra-partisan":
