I've recently come across comments about LLMs increasing workplace efficiency in e.g. coding.*
All I need to know about AI at the workplace is the fact that it is toted as means of increasing profits and squeezing more labour out of workers.
If efficiency is improving, why not switch to a 4-day workweek and still be more productive than before but ALSO reap the benefits of a happier and healthier staff?
