Roots haven't escaped the Rockwool on any of mine yet. Mine are aquaponics technically, hanging around the top of a decorative fish tank. They look strong so far.
I'm using a 70w vipar LED panel for light. The high end LED panel made a huge difference in our indoor seedlings so I assume it will matter for these too.
