ok I found the smart widget button on the create article page, but here it is a puzzle piece, whereas in the note creation window it appears as hamburger icon...
additionally, when in article creation, I tap the puzzle piece, it brings up smartwidget menu divided into "community" and "my smart widgets" or something similar... however, though I have added the "create curation" widget under the smart widgets proper sidebar menu, nothing is appearing under "my smart widgets" part of article-creation screen's puzzle-piece smart widget access menu - 😁
