Yes, this is the policy that should be adopted - & (almost for this very reason) is the policy that WON'T be adopted, because the powers that be, meaning the billionaires & millionaires, would be disadvantaged by it, & our supine LINO (Labour In Name Only) Government will do NOTHING to upset them, but will piss on the poor instead, & is already doing so.
