I am not happy about the screen design on the HP Zbook Firefly 14 G11 laptop.
Customer laptop. Screen broke while transporting in the customer's laptop bag while he was on a trip. Nice bag, padded well.
I had a difficult time finding the screen. Ordered from one vendor, they sent me the wrong screen where the connector is too far up.
Ordered from a different vendor. This time the correct screen. Installed the screen... and it cracked again in the same corner. Must have happened while I was installing it.
I don't understand why these screens are so fragile! Seem to have a thin glass layer on the top that gets messed up with the slightest bump.
