Set it as your outbox relay if you're using a client that supports the outbox model like Amethest. Otherwise, just add it to your relay list. It doesn't have to be the only relay. Add a few WoT relays. You can also still use open relays that do spam mitigation like nostr.mom. Add them too.

Tell some people you follow about it and ask if they'd like to use it as well.

Anyone you follow, will be added to it's whitelist automatically. Any of your friends that use it, will have their follows added to it's whitelist.
