スカイラー :izuna_chibi_3: (npub1pyy…juws) Hoss “Cyber Jester” Delgado (npub1scj…el3p) The big problem is going to come from execution. My money's on "All social media platforms must prevent deepfakes from being posted" which is literally an impossible ask.
The implementation will be "person can report that a picture is a deepfake of them" and the platforms will treat that like DMCA; Takedown now, ask questions later. But what's the operative difference between an "AI deepfake" and a photoshop?
This leads to photoshops of people being illegal due to the inability to prove that sth *wasn't* a deepfake at scale.
