The issue with paying for services online is that it's only a matter of time before the administrators start deleting your posts & images and claim that it was "hate speech" or "offensive" or some other nonsense.

Then you will hold a grudge forever knowing that you helped finance their website and they threw cake in your face.

I've seen countless times on voice chatting apps users getting banned from the app for expressing their opinions and then getting banned because it was considered offensive.

I've always felt that web administrators and corporate apps are extremely left sided and will quickly delete your content and ban you even if you have a subscription.

This is why it's important to develop software with the mindset of making it easy for 1 person to self-host their own stuff.

This goes for relays as well. I want to self-host my own relay for my own images and notes and not have to depend on others. Hosting your own relay definitely needs to be easier.
