Pick a threat model strict enough to satisfy people short of Snowden for all and work the UI/UX accordingly. Right now, even I don’t understand half the settings in the app and is too much.
That’s my humble recommendation. You can’t satisfy all but satisfying most should be enough for mass adoption.
