My daily drivers (workstation and laptop) are running OpenBSD - for over two decades. And yeah, one does have to be a bit mindful when selecting the hardware. But newest gen x64 runs smooth - like butter.
And no, it doesn't have a CoW FS, nor FS snapshots. But I have no real usecase for that. Important data is stored in my SAN anyways - which runs atop of ZFS
