I need to remind myself of this constantly. Sometimes i keep myself busy on other things that need doing to aviod the thing that needs to be done.

I've always had very low self-belief... it's something i need to work on. Grand ideas, but i beat myself up for not implementing them. It's a viscous circle i have to break.
