Labour prices definitely do not increase with productivity, that's for sure. No incentive to be productive other than the bare minimum to avoid being fired. Small businesses are over regulated to the point of unreasonable difficulty to start and run. Only the high positions in the mega corporations, politicians, and winning the internet lotteries seem to be ways to reasonably afford a decent life.

I see many layers of deliberate sabotage leading to mass enslavement.
