There's little doubt in my mind that Epstein was *not* the one issuing blackmail "suggestions"; it's like thinking the guy at the Apple store had anything to do with building an iPhone. I also doubt that he was on anyone's payroll system (Maxwell I'm less sure of), but he got his money from somewhere and it wasn't "being a highly skilled trader" or whatever B.S. line is trotted out.
