I'll start. Something I didn't realize was an adversity skill until I saw others not doing it, is the ability to just endure discomfort when things are stuck.
To be able to say: well this is deeply unpleasant, and just ride it out with antenna up waiting for things to shift (either within myself or externally).
I think I leaned this via meditation, to just sit on the mat with whatever IS, and knowing that everything is temporary, though often not as temporary as you might like.
