I don't know what this says about me, my mental health, or my past...
I end up feeling very negative about myself in regards to my struggles, issues, and disabilities. But I don't feel that way about others having those same struggles.
Example - I feel guilt if I have to decline plans with a friend, but I have a ton of understanding in the reverse.
