That concern is exactly why the design matters. This is not a system that automatically funds governments. Bitcoin holders vote on how value is allocated, but only within a framework that can restrict payouts to actual service providers or value-adding contributors. In other words, governments would not get paid by default; they would only receive compensation if they are explicitly doing something useful and being paid for that role under the agreed rules. The goal is to replace coercive taxation logic with voluntary, transparent value exchange.
