I made "The Sultan was Delighted" (well that's the English translation). An Ottoman Turkish dish which is essentially a béchamel sauce with mushed roasted eggplant in it, topped with some lamb (but you could do halloumi) kofte (Long meatballs) and a drizzle of red-pepper butter.
