I ate dog in China once. Undetermined origin dog in a shanty town behind the Shanghai train station, by the way. Not the fancy farm dog that Korean eats.
Anyway, it was chopped up in small pieces, fried with tons of garlic and hot peppers, so meh, can't really have a strong opinion.
Haven't tried it stewed or some other way that may convey the taste more properly.
