For all new users, Nostr isn't exactly the most stable platform in the world, so be prepared to back up your profiles every so often, because your followers can be erased out of nowhere. Once a week or after a significant number of people have followed you should be good enough. I recommend backing up on BOTH websites, not just one, as NostrSync has already failed me once in the past. And remember, there are no mods, you are responsible for your keys, for your profiles and for the moderation of your own feed.
