Yes, absolutely. The thoughts, and thinkers who described them, are not very popular ... for obvious reasons they are not being taught in schools or presented in the legacy media.
My favorites are Frédéric Bastiat, Murray Rothbard and Hans-Hermann Hoppe.
The ideas are voluntarism, anarcho-capitalism, argumentation ethics. More broadly, it's the idea of freedom as the basis of human civilization and flourishing.
