Neither one technically. Coinjoins don't give privacy, they obfuscate ownership, all connections are still visible. And swapping from XMR back to Bitcoin means your coins are no longer private.

If you think obfuscating ownership is good enough to fool tracing #1

If you're trying to fully break the link to your original coins #2 (swap back using a different exchange, different amounts, and stagger the timing)

Both of the above you have to trust yourself not to make future consolidation mistakes.

If you want true privacy, that is easy and cheap to use, use Monero directly (amounts and addresses not visible at all)
