You'll want to put wss://nostr.wine in your write/outbox relays.
If you also purchased the wss://filter.nostr.wine subscription, you will want to put that one in your read/public inbox relay list, too.
It looks like you're connecting to quite a few relays. You only need a few, maybe 3-4 per category. You can probably drop some of those and save on bandwidth and data consumption while not effecting your experience. Removing some, like nostr.band, might actually improve performance.
