Do any librarians reading about impartiality and neutrality have a scan of Bernard Berelson's "The Myth of Library Impartiality: An Interpretation for Democracy" from the Wilson Library Bulletin 13 (2), 1938, pp. 87–90?
There is a rejoinder to it in the next issue, but I can't find the original online. I can ILL it but thought someone might have it already.
