Going back to the consent thing: We all affect each other in various ways, sure. But does that mean someone should be able to hit someone else? (Rhetorical. Of course not!) So what would you say to the fact that many autistic people feel the same as me about noise? I would rather be punched hard in the face than listen to a dog bark all day. That's not exaggeration. That's why I confront my hateful, bigoted neighbors about their barking dog even though there are 5 or 6 adults there and they have explicitly threatened physical violence against me.
