So I walk into a Vodacom Shop in an upmarket mall and this woman tells me that my eSim, which I bought two days previously for a sim-swop, is only valid for 24 hrs and that she cannot assist with a sim-swop in-store - that I need to call customer care. I walk into another Vodacom Shop and the process is done in under 4 minutes.
