Alpha GPC is a type of choline and it's like noopept eats the choline to work like an engine burns gasoline. And so if you take the noopept without the Alpha GPC the noopept might "run out of gas" unless you have enough ready choline in your system because of your diet/genetics. It's a safe bet to add the Alpha GPC with the noopept imho.
