In the late 80's-early 90's my parents moved to Northern Idaho and bought this huge house with 3 acres of land, our own mountain, more of a steep rocky hill, 2 barns, and a 4 car garage for only $80,000 and we never knew why it was so cheap. It was the coolest and most beautiful place we ever lived.
