I don't know who needs to hear this, but it's helped a lot of people, so I'm repeating. Between the gay jew virus, the vaccine and shed proteins, jews have basically given the world AIDS, or rather, a bouquet of inexplicable autoimmune conditions that are causing your body to attack itself constantly for no reason. I write this not only to hopefully help some people with acute health issues, but also because many of the later recommendations for things to put in your body are a good rule of thumb in general.

People are cropping up everywhere with these autoimmune and chronic inflammatory conditions - nonsmokers presenting with inflammation in lungs, people who never had health problems getting inflammation roulette in different areas all over their body, people showing up for lab tests with the liver labs of lifetime alcoholics when they don't drink, even stupid shit like plantar fasciitis - it could be inflammation just about anywhere. The common thread is that these conditions were never present in the patient prior to jewfagpocalypse and they had no habit or lifestyle changes other than being exposed to the virus or the vaccinated to cause the problem.

If you or anyone you know falls into this boat, there's a pretty generic course of action that should be able to help them overcome it, if you don't want to end up spending tens of thousands of dollars and being on poisonous kike chemical infusions that make you more ill for the rest of your life. For the love of God, don't go to a rheumatologist, they're all fucking witch doctors that want you addicted to poison for life.

It's really easy to purchase ivermectin. I'm still trying to figure out why it works but it does. Maybe because it's anti parasitic and the jews that created this are parasites, but take at least a couple week course of ivermectin with the right dosage for your body weight.

Anti-inflammatory diets should be a given in this world anyway. What an anti-inflammatory diet really is is just eating healthy and not eating jewish bullshit, but again, change your diet, put only healthy, pure, whole organic things into your body, and keep very hydrated. Pump yourself full of antioxidants. f you have turbo cancer you also need to deprive your body of sugar, sorry corn syrup junkies, but too much sugar feeds so many problems in your body. If you care about living, go sugar free. Maybe occasionally enjoy some honey in a green tea (not bought from jewish convenience outlets) to keep you from killing yourself.

If you have access to Hydroxychloroquine, get that, if you don't, take a tincture or supplement of cinchona bark (the source of quinine and the HCQ compound in nature).

Eat sources of Quercetin, a wonderful flavenoid found in nature, and real foods, that you won't find in your box of Kike macaroni and cheese. Again, think fruits and vegetables, things from kale to onions to grapefruit to berries to invasive weeds like Japanese Knotweed will have this in them in good amounts, luckily the same types of shit you should be eating to fix yourself.

Take Zinc regulary, if you don't have it in your diet. Your immune system needs it to function properly.

Again, fucking eat fresh herbs, fruit, vegetables in addition to whatever else you do in your diet. If you have some issue with sugar (like cancer, beetus, being a fat fuck, etc.) leave the fruit out and stick to the herbs and veggies for months.

Exercise and get sunglight. Duh, you should be doing this anyway, retard, but in jew world this bears repeating, sadly.

Occasionally, take something to eliminate toxins from your body, not every day because it will somewhat interfere with the absorption of some of the supplemental things I'll recommend below, but maybe a couple times a week take activated charcoal or ziolite.

Finally, there are a host of anti-inflammatory and supportive tinctures and supplements you can consider that aren't jewish, I prefer growing and making my own but you don't have to, just find a source you trust, that's the big crap shoot with the unregulated herbal and supplement industry (regulations are jewish anyway, so whatever). Remember with these some of them like Turmeric have optimal conditions you need to read about before taking if you want to maximize their bioavailability. In no particular order consider:

Turmeric
Individual mushrooms like Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Shiitake, Maitake, etc. (or in a combo like Stamets 7)
Aronia Berry
Japanese Knotweed
Cayenne
Dandelion
Burdock
Ginger
Flaxseed
Astralagus
Mint Family anything in your food (thyme, rosemary, mints, lemon balm, etc. etc., down to weeds like deadnettle)
Alliums (garlic, onions, shallots, etc)
Chamomile

I mean really there are are just too many to list so I'm going to stop, but what you need to realize here is most of this is shit you should be eating regularly in your diet from natural sources so you don't even need to buy a supplement. Good luck, and happy survival in a jewish world!
