Today I was warned by the Veterans Administration Office of Community Care that this time they are sure: many of my Veteran patients really are going to lose benefits. The VA is recommending they seek care from home health and hospice, as well as on Medicaid waiver programs. But these programs are also likely to be cut dramatically. These men are elderly, have ptsd and war wounds, and they deserve to have the care that was promised them. I am 😡😤😢🤬! #veterans
