Some people have hate and rage in them and are always looking out for a pretext where they feel they can legitimately express it.

These are the ones who like to scream for the death penalty on any post relating to a murder even before the circumstances are known, or making cruel comments if a death occurs during a small boat crossing.
Has the cruelty always been there with people more comfortable expressing it, or is it increasing?
