A healthcare client I am working for is a security shit-show
Users cannot change their Office365 passwords by themselves. Instead they need to call the support technician (one guy) and share your password with him via screen-share. He will then type it in and you can then use the password. 90 days later the password expires and I need to go and do the same thing again.
