The WHO pandemic treaty collapsed last week. The countries who gave up their medical sovereignty two years ago stopped short of signing an annex agreement for pandemic data sharing. The wheels came off.

The WHO is in an existential panic now.

Over the last week we have seen hantavirus (hard to spread) go from an isolated infection to global narrative. They’ve already stacked on norovirus (easy to spread but rarely fatal) and this morning from the UK a “shocking” report that Bird Flu is airborne.

They need it to be shocking.
