I'm not talking to my second oldest brother right now, & it kind of sucks, but also... it's kind of freeing. I don't have to try to get him to see things from other people's perspectives, I don't have to try to get him to process new information or examine his privilege.
He got mad at me for interrupting the peace of the family group chat & now we aren't talking, & I wish I were more sad about it than I seem to actually be.
