The only Cryptree crate I am aware of is mine that I started for Mlkut last year after leaving work, and I didn't get far with that mostly because I got busy with new job.

Now I am back but focusing on the PKI first since Peergos already exists.

Nothing is ever simple so I wouldn't underestimate the lessons Peergos learned and I don't want to relearn them the hard way.

But you are right it is all doable. The actual biggest challenge is that I am my only customer for this stack and even I am not in a rush :)
