reminds me of a grilled Thai inspired sandwich a friend taught me: PB on the inside of one slice (not sweet), and orange marmalade in the inside of the other. Between, add curry powder, Sriracha, and fresh basil, either from a tube or chiffoned. Then mayo the outside of it and griddle! Extremely good.
