Tiny little Tathra in NSW got (I estimate) between 200 and 400 people along. On a cold, rainy Sunday deep in the off season. Who all walked a couple of k over the bridge and back. No counterprotesters as far as I could tell, but a lot of motorists tooting their support.

Amazing and heartening.

PS: My estimate was very conservative. It seems the attendance was probably over 600. There was an official count done at the start of the march that reached 590, then an unknown number of people joined the march at the bridge.
