This is a generalization and obviously not true of everyone, but Californians are like locusts. They destroy one area and move on to the next area, vote for the same policies, drain all of the wealth, and then move to the next affluent area. Whenever an area gets a large influx of Californians, you better leave before they raise the cost of everything, destroy freedom, and make it impossible to make a living.
Apologies to the good people that are just escaping insanity. Be careful to not vote for the same policies that caused the problem in the first place.
