And I think our personal opinion changes according to what we witness and will differ even as a diagnosis of terminal illness happens to us as a person. I can only think how I might feel if it was me, but at the time my decision could be different depending on how many symptoms can be palliated etc. The key is to ensure no one feels compelled to act in a given way for others benefit not their own.
