Undoubtedly. Globalism is dying, the international supply chains and resource streams are about to break in WW3 and go away for good.

All economics of the near future will be mostly local and regional again. Because there will be no viable mass transport infrastructure anymore for quite some time.
And it will take quite a while until new stable nation states will have (re)formed out of the ashes of the existing ones.
