I watched the video. I don’t understand why these people think the courts are governed by some secret rules that 1) they hide from us but 2) that they are absolutely bound by. It makes no fucking sense.
It’s like that episode of 30 rock where they find out jack is a member of some secret society and if you say twig and plumbs he has to leave the room.
